Central Michigan University’s Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) is one of many student run groups through the American Academy of Audiology. SAA offers a platform for AuD students at Central to advocate, serve, inform, educate, and represent for the profession of audiology. At CMU, SAA fundraises to support the continuation of our chapter and surveys other organizations to donate to. For instance, we have contributed funds to the CMU Summer Speech-Language Specialty Clinic (SSC) and Global Compassion. We plan to use our current fundraising earnings to contribute to the SSC and Hear the World. Ask a SAA member for more information on these organizations and thank you for your support!
