Fabricated Customs - Return Policy

We want you to love the products you get from us! Listed below are how we handle our returns:

Purchase of a general stock item that we sell in our shop or online:
- We will gladly return or exchange your order. Please do not wash your apparel prior. 

Purchase of an organization's Pre-Order:
- When doing a Pre-Order for a school, team, or organization we do not make any extras. If you wish to exchange a product you will need to contact the organization who ran the Pre-Order directly. They are encouraged to print extras to have for any needed exchanges. If you wish to make a return please contact us at info@fabricatedcustoms.com

Purchase of custom apparel:
- Once your order's artwork and mockups have been approved we cannot offer any returns unless from an error caused by us or for damaged products. In this case we may offer a refund or replace the damaged items.
