Can we add different apparel options?
Absolutely! We want your collection to stay fresh and relevant. Just reach out to your rep, and we’ll work with you to update your offerings as often as you’d like.
How long until orders ship?
Products are made to order. Please wait 8-10 days for delivery.
Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes, we offer size exchanges. Just email info@fabricatedcustoms.com with your order number and let us know which item and size you’d like instead. We’ll take care of the rest.
Don't see your size?
Reach out to us before ordering. In some cases, we’re able to accommodate sizes that aren’t currently listed. Email info@fabricatedcustoms.com and let us know what you’re looking for.
What if I don't receive my order?
Occasionally, packages get lost in transit. If that happens, contact us and we’ll make it right. We’ll work quickly to replace your order.
Do you do customer supplied garments?
Yes, we can print on garments you provide. However, we cannot guarantee results on customer-supplied items. If a garment is damaged during the printing process, we are not responsible for replacing it.
Not all garments are suitable for every print method, so we’ll first review the item to determine if it’s compatible. We’ll always do our best, but approval is required before moving forward.
Custom Event Shirts
If your team ever needs shirts, hats, or jackets for a conference, event, or company outing, we also handle custom bulk orders. Just reach out when the time comes. We’ll make it easy.
