Print Methods
Screen Printing
Screen printing is our go-to for most bulk orders. It's perfect for bold, durable designs on t-shirts, hoodies, and more. Great for larger quantities and simple color artwork—plus, it holds up wash after wash.
Embroidery
Embroidery gives your apparel a clean, professional look. It’s best for hats, polos, jackets, and other higher-end gear. We stitch your design directly into the fabric for a sharp, long-lasting finish.
Pricing
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on the item, print method, number of print colors, and quantity. The more you order, the more you save.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is just 10 pieces — that’s it. Why? Because every custom order takes a good chunk of setup time to get your design looking perfect. Whether it's 10 or 1,000, we prep the screens, mix ink, and dial in everything to make sure it prints right. So 10 helps keep things efficient and cost-effective for everyone.
Do you require payment in advance?
Yes. Since all of our bulk orders are custom-made just for you, we require full payment before we move your order into production.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer tiered pricing based on quantity—the more you order, the bigger the discount.
Do you offer name brand apparel?
Yes! We offer a variety of name brands such as The North Face, Nike, Under Armor, OGIO, TravisMathew, Adidas, and more.
Design & Artwork
Can I see what it will look like first?
Absolutely. We always send digital mockups for approval before printing anything. You get the final say.
Can you help me with my design?
Absolutely. Our designers are here to create or tweak anything you may need.
Can I use my existing artwork?
up! Just upload it when you fill out the form—we’ll make sure it prints clean.
Will you save my design for reorders?
Yes. We keep all your artwork on file so you can reorder anytime without starting over.
Can you match Pantone colors
Absolutely! Just include your specific Pantone codes when you fill out the form, and we’ll match them as closely as possible during production.
Production & Delivery
How long until I receive my order?
Bulk orders typically take about 2 weeks from final approval to delivery. If you’re on a tight timeline, let us know. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your deadline.
Can you ship my order?
Yes! We can ship anywhere in the USA.
Can I pickup for free?
Of course! You’re always welcome to pick up your order at our shop in Portland, M Ito skip the shipping charges. Just let us know during the ordering process and we’ll coordinate a pickup time.
Can I provide my own blank garments for you to decorate?
Yes, you can! Just keep in mind that while we take great care in production, mistakes, though rare, can happen. If something goes wrong, we’ll credit you for the print, but we can’t replace customer-supplied garments.
