How do Pre-Orders work?
Pre-orders allow us to create custom apparel specifically for your group or event. Instead of keeping inventory on hand, orders are collected during the sale period and then produced after the store closes. This ensures every item is made to order and helps keep pricing affordable.
When will my Pre-Order ship?
Production begins after the pre-order closes. Orders are typically completed within 2 weeks and will either be shipped or distributed through your organization, depending on the store setup.
Can custom Pre-Order apparel be returned?
We want you to love your order. Returns, refunds, and size exchanges are available
Because all pre-order apparel is custom made, some exchanges may require additional production time. If you ever have an issue with your order, our team is here to help and will work to make it right.
Can I place an order after the Pre-Order closes?
We encourage orders during the pre-order window, but we can often still accommodate late orders depending on production timing. If you missed the deadline, just reach out—we’re happy to take a look for you.
On Demand & Fulfillment items
On-demand vs. fulfillment: what’s the difference?
On-demand items are printed after you order them. Fulfillment items are already in our shop and ready to go.
That means fulfillment orders often ship faster, while on-demand items are made just for you after purchase.
When will my on demand apparel ship?
On-demand apparel is made after your order is placed, so production begins once your order is received. Most on-demand items ship within 5-7 business days, depending on current production volume.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it right to your door.
Are returns and exchanges different for on-demand vs fulfillment items?
Returns and exchanges are available for both on-demand and fulfillment items. If there’s ever an issue, just contact us and we’ll take care of it. On-demand exchanges may take slightly longer due to production time.
