When will I receive my order?
Once the pre-order closes, all items go into production. Orders will then be shipped or ready for pickup within 2–3 weeks.
What if I missed the Pre-Order window?
Missed the deadline? Contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to add your order, although availability depends on where we are in the production process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Need to make a change? Reach out to us right away. We'll make every effort to update or cancel your order before it enters production. Once an item is being printed or processed, changes may be limited.
Don't see your size?
Contact us and we’ll see what we can do! We may have additional sizing options or similar alternatives available depending on the item.
